As the curtains close on another year, we at Helltown Players —a vibrant new theater production company on Cape Cod — invite you to play a leading role in shaping the future of local theater.
Helltown Players was founded in 2023 by a collaborative of eight playwrights and theatre enthusiasts from the Outer Cape whose mission is to produce new plays written by Cape Cod playwrights. Founded by Jim Dalglish, Gary Garrison, Meryl Cohn, Margaret Van Sant, Fermin Rojas, John Dennis Anderson, Ian Ryan, and Lynda Sturner, many of you may know us as friends. You may already be fans of our plays.
Short Play Festival…
In February, we are thrilled to present our inaugural event – a short play festival showcasing the works of our founders. A collaboration with The Provincetown Theater and the Academy of Performing Arts, we will be asking the Cape Cod theatre community of directors, actors, designers, and technicians to join in the fun.
We Need Your Help
Bringing this vision to the stage requires community support. Contribution will make a real difference. Funds raised will directly support the festival's production costs — including set construction, costumes, and fair compensation for our dedicated artists and crew.
